Important Registration updates for 2023
- Registration sales will be capped at 800 total memberships for all attendees. This is roughly one-third the attendance at our 2019 convention, and we expect registration to sell out. It is highly recommended to register early to secure your spot at the event. REGISTRATION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE, NO BADGES WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.
- Wearing a mask at the event is highly encouraged for attendees but not required.
- Badges will be mailed for all registration purchased before June 19th, 2023 that have completed the documentation listed below. Badges will be mailed to the mailing address on file.
- For attendees over the age of 18, a valid Government-Issue ID matching the legal name of the attendee is required to purchase registration. All memberships eligible for badge mailing (that uploaded their ID to Eventeny before June 19th) have been mailed - all others will be available for pickup.
- For attendees under the age of 18, a signed Parental Permission Slip is required to purchase registration.
- Updated 5/20/23: Due to the end of the federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency declaration on May 11th, accessibility for testing has decreased significantly. In order to reduce hurdles such as cost and availability, KuroNeko Cultural Association (KNCA) will not be requiring proof of Covid vaccination or a negative test to attend our event.
- All badges must have accurate, unique information - Please leave the "□ Copy the answer choices..." box UNCHECKED/EMPTY and fill out the questions for each membership individually - new badges with details copied from older ones must be corrected, or they will be manually refunded.
