Hello KuroNekoCon Attendees!

Due to Covid-19 this year KuroNekoCon is holding a one-day online convention, KuroNekoConline! To continue to provide you with our best, we are opening a new kind of Fan Panel submission format. We are asking panelists who wish to join us in KuroNekoConline to submit a video of their panel. In essence, a pre-recorded panel that can be shared with attendees joining us online.

With this new format comes a few additional guidelines:

• You must be 13 years old (and have parental permission if under 18) to submit a Fan Panel.
• Due to time constraints we may be unable to select all panels submitted.
• Panels should not be longer than 20-25 minutes.
• We will not be hosting any 18+ material this year.

By submitting a Fan Panel to KNC you agree to the above guidelines plus all:

• Fan Panel Guidelines that are applicable (KNC Fan Panel Rules/Guidelines)
• KuroNekoCon Attendee Code of Conduct (KNC Code of Conduct)

How to submit a fan panel:

• Fill out the form below and submit it before July 1st July 11th, 2020 11:59 PDT (deadline extended).
• Instructions for submitting your recorded video will be emailed automatically.
• Upload your video before July 8th July 11th, 2020 11:59 PDT (deadline extended).
